I’ve grown, and so has my story. I am proud to share a new name and logo, a fresh look that speaks to where I have come from and where I am headed.
Inspired by the woods, the wild harvest, and the rhythm of the land, this new chapter reflects the soul of my cooking: honest, seasonal, and deeply connected to nature. While my name has changed, my hands are still in the soil, my hearts by the fire.

Hello, I’m Chef Nico. My culinary journey is rooted in a deep respect for the earth and its natural bounty. I believe in using locally farmed and homegrown produce, ensuring that every dish not only supports sustainability but also helps reduce our carbon footprint. ​​
This approach allows me to create menus that are as much about the environment as they are about flavour. Inspired by the raw elements of fire, nature, and the changing seasons, my cooking embraces the beauty of foraging and working with what is fresh and at its peak.
The food I prepare is a reflection of my passion for both tradition and innovation, with every dish telling its own unique story. I strive to create more than just meals – I aim to craft lasting memories. For me, each plate is a narrative, a connection between the ingredients, the season, and the people enjoying it. I’m committed to delivering a dining experience that leaves you with not just a full stomach, but a story to remember.
